FUNMEE Hotel (Xingsha Zhongmao City, Changsha)

I highly do not recommend this room. I requested a quiet room, but the room I was given was extremely noisy. I could still hear outside noise at 3 or 4 AM. The toilet lid also made a loud noise when it automatically closed after a while. The sleep mode automatically shut off the power at 2 AM, and there was no hot water available at 8 AM.

This was the worst stay I've ever had! The room was incredibly dirty, and the service was terrible. Absolutely awful.

The room was extremely dirty, with dust everywhere and hair and ash in the corners – it was disgusting. The service was also poor. They told me I could park for 24 hours, but the next day, another receptionist told me it was only 12 hours. The handover was unclear. Terrible. Avoid this hotel!

很舒服，孩子也超級喜歡，最重要的服務態度真的很好👍我們帶了很多臘貨，服務員也一直幫我們解決問題想辦法把東西放好，還有綠豆粥，有洗衣機並且烘乾。
