太差太差了！！！四個長輩想去棋子灣玩，看了之前的好評才訂的這個民宿，想着四個長輩可以住一套房間方便相互照顧。結果今天長輩告知蚊子特大特多，大房間的陽台門還關不緊，導致住大房間的兩位長輩一夜沒睡，昨天晚上聯繫管家也不理人。今天跟管家交涉，跟長輩説可以退一半房費，然後微信過來讓我假裝五星好評才能退（如圖所示，手把手提供好評的圖片和文案），我是很缺這300多塊錢麼？要的是説法和態度。這樣的商家，也沒什麼好説的了…
