Due to weather reasons, the flight was adjusted. A friend who was planning to stay was not sure when he would arrive at the hotel. I was hesitating whether to reserve a room for him, but I was afraid that the free cancellation time would exceed, resulting in the room fee I had paid not being refunded. When I was full of anxiety, Dila, the hotel receptionist, helped me coordinate with the duty manager and agreed that I could cancel the order first, and then book a room directly at the front desk, and he could help me reserve it for free until 21:00 that night, which eliminated my concerns.
