Stayed here with my family, and the hotel environment was pretty good. It was quiet enough for sleeping, and the room was spacious and bright. Parking wasn't very convenient though. The worst part was that they charged us for extra bottled water after we finished the complimentary ones!

A very good hotel, highly recommended. Great location, great food and entertainment options nearby. Excellent service, we plan to stay for a month or two next time.

1️⃣ The service from waitresses Xiao Yang and Shan Shan was excellent. 2️⃣ This is the first Orange Crystal hotel in Changde, currently in its trial operation phase, so it doesn't participate in Huazhu's benefits program. However, the service level is truly impeccable; as a Changde local, I felt very welcome staying here. 3️⃣ There are three washer-dryer combos, and the washing and drying performance is excellent. They also offer laundry service. The gym has two treadmills, one elliptical trainer, and one rowing machine. I hope they can add some simple dumbbells. 4️⃣ The breakfast was very good. Having stayed at a 0.5 version of Orange Crystal in Changsha the day before yesterday, I still feel that newer versions are always better. 5️⃣ Because it's newly opened, there's a slight smell of renovation. Ventilation needs to be improved. 6️⃣ The hotel's location is excellent; it's right next to Changde Pedestrian Street and Wuling Pavilion. I hope the hotel continues to improve! I'll definitely stay here again next time. (ง•̀_•́）ง

Facilities: Very good Cleanliness: Details could be improved, but the service lady last night was very welcoming and proactive. She proactively brought water to my room after I asked for tea, which was a nice touch, so I still give it a good review. Environment: Very good Service: The self-service check-in and check-out process was indeed quick and convenient, and the robot delivery service was also very safe. However, the most impressive experience was the warmth and smile of the lady who brought water to me that night. Overall, the experience was very good. Recommended and highly recommended.

Really recommend this hotel, the overall environment is quiet and elegant, the cleaning aunt cleans meticulously, the corners are cleaned very neatly. The mattress is moderately soft and hard, sleeps until dawn, the water pressure in the bathroom is stable, all aspects of the hotel exceed expectations, the hygiene is impeccable, the rooms are spacious and bright, and the facilities are brand new and intact. The service is intimate and thoughtful, the attitude is gentle and friendly, the location is easy to find, the parking is convenient, the overall quiet is not noisy, the living comfort is full, it is a very comfortable stay experience, it is worth buying back.

I drove to Changde with friends this weekend, primarily aiming for two things: a live performance of ”Peach Blossom Spring” and a stay at the Ligao 1919 Hotel. As soon as I arrived in Changde that morning, I received a call from the hotel. They proactively added me on WeChat and sent me their exact location. Upon arrival, a housekeeper came out to greet me and helped with my luggage. The attention to detail was exceptional! The biggest surprise was the front desk's complimentary upgrade. I already loved my original room, but the upgraded suite was a thousand times better than I expected! The room was beautifully appointed and furnished, with everything I needed. There were L'Occitane shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel, a Lifen hair dryer, a perfectly firm mattress, and the room was incredibly quiet! A complimentary afternoon tea set worth 128 RMB was included with the room, and the plates were beautiful! When I returned to the hotel that evening, I was also greeted with sweet yellow peaches and goodnight fruit! The next day's breakfast was the most thoughtful I've ever experienced. We slept soundly until 10 a.m. The beef noodles were incredibly delicious, even better than at Hexiang Noodle House! Every detail of the hotel, including the lobby, reception, atrium, staircases, corridors, and cafe, exudes taste and high-quality aesthetics. I'll be back in Changde and at Ligao 1919 again. I look forward to seeing you again!

I'm absolutely smitten with the Waldorf Hotel after my visit to Changde! First off, I have to rave about the room – it's incredibly spacious with a well-thought-out and expansive layout. There's no cramped feeling whatsoever, making for a truly relaxing stay. The service is also top-notch, with attention to detail that really makes you feel cared for, leading to an excellent overall experience. And the breakfast definitely deserves praise; it offers a wide variety of delicious options. It's such a joy to head out and explore after a satisfying meal! All in all, this is definitely a hidden gem of a hotel in Changde that's worth booking~

Good, cost-effective

Great location, very close to both Dahe Street and Xiaohe Street. The room was spacious and bright, well-equipped with everything we needed, and even included laundry detergent, which was a thoughtful touch. The service was excellent; they gave us detailed and patient recommendations for the surrounding area. Highly recommend!

From Xi'an to Hainan by car, I stayed at the Liyi Hotel. I found a very good hotel according to the high-scoring standards. It was clean and tidy. Parking was convenient. The back was the German town. It was very convenient to eat, live and travel. The towels and bedding were white. The service staff was warm and thoughtful. The park behind the hotel, The scenery is pleasant, you can go for a walk after dinner, very satisfied, Changde is a beautiful city.
