這個酒店是過去的前半個月就定好了的 當時就是看了酒店的圖感覺比較新比較乾淨 價格也很划算就定了 到了以後酒店前台的小姐姐也很熱情 有什麼問題都解答了 退房的時候我都在去機場的路上了 前台小姐姐打電話告訴我還有一衹手機沒拿走 她也很熱情的加了我的微信幫我寄順豐回來 然後早餐也不錯 牛肉粉好吃 每天早上都有一晚 房間裏面的圖沒怎麼拍 總之兩百多一天真的很值 房間裏面有小愛同學 可以讓它開關空調和窗簾 智能化很方便 wifi速度也很快 房間也很乾凈 入住的第一個晚上還送了小米粥過來 體驗感真的很不錯 如果有下次還會住

辦理入住續房，李經理全程耐心，並免費升級到浴缸房。10層走廊地毯都有小黃鴨元素，房間裏還有小黃鴨抱枕，女兒非常喜歡。大廳角落還有爽膚水小樣，房間內有小冰箱，內贈冷飲，還送了甜品銀耳羹，借用的小童拖鞋也非常好看，細節滿滿，性價比超高，下次來常德肯定還會選擇這裏入住。

體驗感很好，一進酒店就很清香，環境衞生方面很棒。有一次性浴缸套方便又衞生。一體化設備很得勁。床的柔軟度以及枕頭都很棒。值得一提的是門的鏈條鎖很可以，比那種普通的更有安全感。
🔔服務：服務很好，前台小姐姐很有耐心人也禮貌，搞衞生的阿姨也很好，很熱情有問必答。
總體來説特別棒的一次體驗。

五一出行 下雨 有免費停車場方便不少 直接電梯上來。
到店送了寶貝兩份小禮物 常德北堤麻辣肉 還有娃哈哈 貼心 用了心
房間乾淨整潔 早餐味道也不錯 服務也細緻 值得一住

平常都是習慣性好評，但是這個是真的無語😒😒😒😒1.本來打了10個小時牌了，開個房睡覺，結果躺下去，隔壁的打憨的聲音，從左邊打到右邊。
2.睡不了洗個澡玻璃上🤢，我就問下玻璃不擦的嗎？

基本上每次來常德都是住宜尚，前台服務挺好的，衞生什麼的也搞得挺乾淨，離萬達不遠樓下也有很多宵夜店，吃飯逛街也很方便。

房間和衞生間都比較寬敞，前台效率高。服務不錯，去漢壽動物園準備了一些胡蘿蔔，請早餐廳的小姐姐幫忙切一下，很爽快就答應了。
