This stay at Changchun Siruiqiu Hotel really gave me a big surprise! 🎉 First of all, I have to mention a service staff named Zhang Xue at the front desk. She is not only professional and dedicated, but also always greets people with a smile, which makes people feel very warm. Zhang Xue's service attitude really adds a lot of points to the hotel and is impressive. 👏 In contrast, some relatively senior front desk service staff in the hotel may need to improve in service details, but outstanding representatives like Zhang Xue have undoubtedly set an example for the entire team. 💪 Let's talk about the hotel's service, which is really super considerate! The front desk staff not only helped to collect the parcels, but also took the initiative to provide luggage storage services. These extra points make people feel very convenient and comfortable. 👍 In terms of the overall environment, the hotel exceeded my expectations. The real scene is more beautiful than the photos. The photos may be too saturated, which weakens the high-end feeling of the hotel itself. It is recommended that the hotel make some adjustments to the photos to more realistically show the charm of the hotel. 📸 In short, the experience of staying at Changchun Siruiqiu Hotel was great. The hotel is in a good location at the centre of Changchun. It has a decent fitness center. The room is clean and the bed is great. However, the room is small and designed on a way that you can't open up a suitcase on the floor. Could be too small for two persons but alone it's fine.

The PR on duty , the counter and room staff are generally helpful. If you need anything for the room or make inquires, they are willing to help. Room can be quite warm during the afternoon as the aircon was already pre-set by hotel.

The best thing about it is the location- right outside the Changchun railway station. I arrived from Jilin City via high speed train. Took the south exit and the hotel is right there across street from the south exit. The breakfast is included and offers a great variety of choices, both Chinese and Western styles. I only stayed for one night and didn’t check out the gym and other amenities but overall it was well worth it.

The experience is very good, the environment is very comfortable, the facilities are very new, the family room has a large bathtub, the location is very convenient, and everything is responsive. I recommend it. It's a 10-minute walk to Guilin Road Snack Street, and there are poor little foxes to pet 😆😆 Takeaways can be delivered to the building by robots, which is very convenient👏👏

When I come back to Changchun, I will stay here again. The service is wonderful! The food in their buffet is diverse and tasty, and when I asked for some cheese at dinner, they found several varieties of it for me!

Facilities: The facilities are quite complete, and the whole house is smart! However, the design of the bathroom is very unreasonable. Since only disposable slippers are provided in the room, the bathroom should be equipped with anti-slip mats. If the floor is hard, you have to use floor towels without anti-slip mats. If you use floor towels, your feet will be wet after taking a shower. The shower head should be rectified. The water pressure of the shower head is very high, but it is dispersed in a columnar shape. It is very easy to get into your eyes and face when taking a shower, which is very painful! Hygiene: There is a large takeaway order in the gap of the bedside table. As a chain, such a mistake should not happen! Environment: The environment is OK, and it is very convenient to take a taxi at the door! Service: When I went out, I asked for mineral water to be delivered. They said there was no room service staff. I could get it at the front desk when I came back. After I came back, I got it and needed water again. I contacted twice before it was delivered. The night shift should be equipped with room service staff!

I stayed at the Hangzhou location twice this year and was blown away by the cleanliness and superior service there. So, as soon as I saw the name pop up while looking for a hotel in Changchun, I had to choose it. Notes: When we arrived, we were politely greeted by the front desk staff and we were able to check-in early hassle-free. The room was clean, odorless, and there was even a window that we could easily open and close ( I’ve seen many other hotels with fake windows, haha). Breakfast was delicious!! There were many options (western and local). We definitely got a belly-full. We also stayed in the restaurant for hours just eating, talking and re-filling our plates. Really nice. We spent 2 nights and had to checkout at 5am on the last day. We were given takeaway breakfast boxes comprising croissants yogurt and fruit. Really convenient since we missed the tasty breakfast. There is a really nice restaurant close to the hotel called Yan Niu. They served local dishes along with some Korean dishes. Delicious!! The town area was about 10 minutes by didi. There were many stores, restaurants and parks in that area. All in all, it was a comfortable stay at the hotel. This was my third Hampton by Hilton stay this year. I hope that they will maintain this level of consistency.

There were different staff members at check-in and check-out, and they were all friendly. The room was clean and all the necessary items were provided, so I had a comfortable day. I had a good view of Namhu Park from the room. Next time I come to Changchun, I will stay here again.

We are on business trip to Changchun. Hotel located very close to the airport within the working distance. Also it is just 500 meter far from high speed train station. Then it is super convenient.
