HanTing Hotel (Changchun Jilin University Qianwei South Campus Qianjin Street)

The front desk service is enthusiastic, the environment and facilities are very good, clean and tidy, and I am generally satisfied~

The hotel room is very clean and the twin room is quite spacious. It is within walking distance of Metro Line 3 and not too close to tourist attractions. It is about 40 minutes by taxi from the airport. It is a bit noisy at night because it faces the street, but it is okay once you fall asleep. Overall, I am very satisfied. What is more speechless is that the service at the front desk is basically zero. No one ever paid any attention to us when we entered or left the hotel. I don't expect the enthusiasm of top service industries, but even friendliness is not felt... I didn't see a single smiling face when checking in or providing consultation. On the last day, I had to check out at 5 am as I was catching a flight. The receptionist was sleeping on the sofa in the lobby. I was embarrassed to wake her up. She said with a sad face that I just put the room card on the table, and then continued to sleep without even sitting up. All in all, the two girls at the front desk had no service, enthusiasm or friendliness at all. Anyway, no matter where it is, brand, high-end or cheap, even if I include B&Bs, I have never encountered such a careless front desk.

Facilities: The facilities are very good, with a dining table and sofa, a desk, bedside table, washbasin, and a drinking fountain. The loose air from the air conditioner will not cause the room to be too dry. Hygiene: The hotel is clean and tidy, towels and bedding are very clean, and sensitive people do not experience allergies. Environment: The environment is comfortable and avant-garde. Service: Friendly service.

The room is clean, the breakfast is very good. We stayed for more than 20 days and the dishes were changed. The cleaning lady on the fifth floor was enthusiastic and diligent. Although it is a new hotel, the service is very thoughtful and the facilities are complete.

酒店位置很好找，房間打掃得特別乾淨，環境安靜不吵鬧。配有書桌和手機投屏，出來參加比賽剛好能整理資料、放鬆休息，設施齊全，服務也很周到，整體入住體驗特別滿意，強烈推薦！

因為第二天有重要的事，需要安靜睡眠，提前打電話讓幫留出安靜的房間，前台小姐姐非常配合的給留好了房間，還幫升級了，非常感謝。睡得挺好的！其餘沒毛病，吉大附近，吃喝都多。下次再去那附近，還會住這的。
