Good experience

Bad experience. Hotel room starts n ends there itself. The AC does nit even cool the temperature even at 16 degrees. The bathroom is huge but has no place to hang clothes n no other facilities. The food was just okay. Paneer briyani was tasty but veg noodles were oily n bad. When the power off occurred in night time, there was no backup. So half night was spent in sweat. Complete bad experience. The only good part is it's proximity to the station.

I was traveling to manali and took one night stay in this hotel. The location of the hotel is a bit inside but hotel provides pick arrangements if the customer asks. Otherwise, quite cooperative staff, everything super clean and value for money.

My stay was very relaxing..What stood out the most was the exceptional customer service. The hotel staff went above and beyond to ensure had an enjoyable stay. They were always available to assist with any queries and provided helpful local recommendations.
