The Regent

This is the best hotel in 4 star in Chandigarh. We all family loved it. And good rooms newly recline 5 star. And was glad. Food , housekeeping and service was superb. Mr Karan f& b. And Kirat mam housekeeping is very cooperative. Thanks regent team 😘😍

Quaint small intimate property with authentic homely service. Friendly and helpful service staff. Comfy room.

The rooms are good, but the staff's behavior and service are appalling. I know what guests most need and what they most lack because I work as a hotelier myself. They don't give a damn about what the guests want or whether they are happy. They claim that they don't care about the ranking because money is their first priority. They simply need money. They will stop at nothing to harass the visitor. Good is pitiful, and their service and visitor relations are even worse. Not at all advised

food quality is not good, Hotel is not having basics amenities like towel, bucket, sleepers etc in room.

Asked more money on arrival . Rs 1700 extra paid . Abusive staff dont visit this hotel . Manager involved

Room was Good . But they service was not good . Without saying they are not given anything like Towel , tooth-kits. Sliper . Location is good between market everything is near by . Roof top resto good

Stay was good. Staff was also cooperative. Nice location with neat and clean room

Location is good, easy to locate with sufficient parking space. Food (breakfast) was cold and not many items on menu. Services also not good and lacked some basic items
