Their service was superb❤️ if you have anything you need, do share with the staff, and they will do their best to accommodate you. Situated in a strategic area makes it easy for you to reach markets.

Pros: 1. The hotel has a lift facility, unlike other hotels in Chndigarh. The lift helps to carry luggage to different floors easily. 2. Since the hotel is located at the city center, connectivity to other locations is easier. Cons: 1. Only 2 rooms in this hotel have windows. If you expect sufficient natural light, then check in early to get it based on availability. Otherwise, you get fully closed rooms 2. The voter ID is not considered as government ID proof in this hotel, which is weird.

The location is amazing, but apart from that, nothing justifies the price. The lift responds very slowly, causing long waiting times. Overall, the experience was disappointing considering the amount charged.

And room was very neat and clean Butter brackfast to yummy Perfect place for family's Staff behavior was good all are very helpful Mostly we travel in a week 2-3 times but I'm not satisfied other hotel but hotel downtown it was great staff food cleaning all are too good I'm specially recommend this property for corporate and family specially for working women. Thank you downtown your team staff all members are very humble
