Below govt hotel grade. No cleanness. Stinking. Staff rude. Pathetic breakfast. Eggs smelling. Tables not cleaned. Room lights are few. Dark rooms. Tv not working properly. Food quality very low. Not provided hand towels. Over all bad experience.👎

Booking a room is very easy and can be done over a phone call. The rooms are very spacious, clean and organised. The staff members are courteous and cooperative. The restaurant food is very good. My family was happy to stay there and it has become their first choice for a stay in Chandigarh.

Wonderful stay with the best staff. Hygiene food, neat and clean rooms. Reception helped is in smooth check-in and check-out. Overall amazing experience. Highly recommends for family as well as an official stay. I remember I live here for two day room service was good and staff are very professional.

Never faced this with other branches of Piccadily. No methods of sanitization than a spray sanitizer which all of us carry. Staff is very less courteous and I don't think this branch of Chandigarh is doing justice to other cities. My stay at Country Inn in Chandigarh previously was so soothing and easy with proactive people. Here the people are very reactive and you have to chase them for even a smaller thing like Dental kit. Terrible experience, Don't recommend this hotel in Chandigarh. There are ***y other options who have excellent class.

I have not come across such an unfriendly and unprofessional staff ever in life. The hotel seriously need to consider training their staff about how to deal with their guests and how to behave properly.
