Hotel Emerald

The hotel’s location is decent and the service acceptable, but the stay is affected by major inconveniences like the absence of an elevator and the need to climb many stairs to reach rooms. The check-in process feels outdated with manual register entries. Overall, the experience didn’t match the hype or price point. It may suit business travelers or couples, but it’s not ideal for families and doesn’t feel worth ₹4,500 per night.

Room has enough space and good decoration. Food was superb. Room was neat and clean. Only thing is there is no lift. Only stairs.

Room is not good staff behaviour is very rude . Cleaning not done properly ,there was smell in the blankit

Location is great and easy to locate on map as hotel is on the service road. Food is also good and buffet is served with proper meal for families. FACILITY also good but only issue is that rooms are located at 2nd and 3rd floor ,no lifts and somewhat uncomfortable for child's and old age persons

The food was good, staff was polite, location wise it was easily accessible and had all the facilities a 3 star hotel must have.
