房間是近兩年新裝修的，乾濕分離，價格實惠包早餐，湯粉、麪，吃的舒服，但同樓層的其他客人半夜吵鬧，嚴重影響到休息

每次路過茶陵必住的酒店
優勢：
#設施好#，這是升級後的豪華大床房，床大且舒適，熱水好，晚上10點後送暖氣風，房間有22度挺舒服。
#服務好#，早餐自助比較好，可以嗦粉，晚上還有夜宵八寶粥，好評。
待提升：
1.沙發臟了沒有及時處理，是挺大的敗筆
2.有個前台MM粗心，一會説不提供早餐，一會又有的。要是不提醒可以升級房型，她就沒看見。

第二次入住，房間不錯，簡潔清爽，沒有異味，所有用品都讓人放心，熱水充沛，打開龍頭熱水秒來，空調給力，就是停車不是很方便，前後有兩個不大的公共停車場，因為附近有好多商鋪，所以空位不多。總的來説性價比還是比較高的。
