Overall, It’s really nice and relaxing place to stay I love the beach there, staff is so friendly and polite. However, cleanliness can be improved such as the towels. For breakfast, should have more tables, since it’s full when we arrived and needed to sit in the air-con room which has the door and it’s inconvenient when we had a cup of coffee or plates and also need to open the door manually at the same time.

The hotel was incredibly kind! They upgraded our room because the main pool was undergoing maintenance. We were upgraded to a pool villa, perfect for a private and relaxing stay, with its own private pool, tranquil atmosphere, and comprehensive amenities. 🥰🥰🥰 I've stayed here three or four times already and I'm impressed every single time! 😊

The atmosphere is nice and peaceful. The food is delicious, and the room we booked had a bathtub, which was great for the kids to play in. The beach is also clean 🏖️

Stayed at The Palayana Hua Hin and enjoyed a restful, laid-back stay. We booked the 2-bedroom suite for our family of 4 adults and 2 young children—it was very spacious and came with a large sitting area, which worked well for us. The resort’s setting stands out, with beautifully maintained gardens, a tranquil vibe, and direct beach access. Breakfast had a decent variety, and the staff were warm and helpful throughout. A few areas could be improved: some in-room fixtures are a bit dated, and soundproofing isn’t the best as we could hear people along the walkway. The bathroom flooring is also quite slippery—non-slip mats would be a useful addition for safety. Overall, a comfortable and relaxing stay. Highly recommended.

The restaurant staff should really be trained on professional etiquette. It's highly unprofessional for them to stand there with their hands on their hips or clicking a pen while waiting to take an order. It looks really bad.

When in July and beach was deserted. Had a great massage at the spa. Nightly cookies and chocolates a lovely touch. Our 2 room suite was huge

Excellent hotel. Friendly staff. Beautiful grounds with lots of greenery. A perfect place to relax. Everything you need is within walking distance. A bit far from Hua Hin and Cha Am, but a taxi is inexpensive.

I was very happy with the view in our hotel room. Whilst there was a small problem with the air conditioning towards the end of our stay, the hotel ended up providing up a full refund for the remaining days despite the fact that we had to cancel our booking due to a change in travel plans. The restaurant is so underated and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.

We enjoyed excellent service during our weekday stay. The room was spacious, and the bathroom had a great layout. I particularly liked the double vanity, and the room also featured a large mirror. It was wonderful to be able to walk on the sandy beachfront. The breakfast selection was comprehensive.
