Lovely hotel in a great location. Receptions were friendly and helpful. Very clean and comfortable with a good choice at breakfast of hot and cold food. Booked a double room but ended up with a suite with 3 twin beds in one room and a super king in the other. Only downside was our room was hot and wasn’t told until the morning that it is law to turn the SC off in September!

On Wednesday 25th May I had a SPA booked at 10.30am I took the little girl to her nursery after 15 minutes they called me back telling me that she had vomited...and that we had to go get her...my thought was I said with my wife call to move the SPA ... because we have the little one at home ... at this point we call the secretary, first she asks us if it was already the second one since we moved ... while for us it was the first one we ever did ... second she tells us it seems strange that they called you immediately so...that she also had small children...and that had never happened to her...morally, I canceled everything due to lack of seriousness on the part of the secretary...

Premesso che abbiamo avuto un impatto positivo all' arrivo,il giorno seguente dopo una notte insonne dovuto al caldo insopportabile poiché l'aria condizionata nn funzionava e i cuscini scomodissimi,la colazione e' stata la sorpresa più brutta:prodotti scaduti gluten free, perché il celiaco viene messo sempre ai margini delle cose ...in sostanza nn da hotel a 4 stelle....miglioratevi!!!

Mi sono trovata molto bene Accettano i cani addirittura portano cuccia e ciotole acqua. La Spa è molto bella. Ho amato la stanza del sale con secchi di sale del Trentino per immergere anche i piedi. Le camere carine e ordinate. La zona bar ristorante (solo la sera) molto accogliente e ben curata. C’è molta gentilezza e cordialità Unico neo i bambini nn possono entrare nelle piscine. Ma forse lo si può comprendere per il disturbo della quiete che potrebbe accadere con bambini non educati
