Century City Hotel Bridgewater

Beautiful hotel with amazing view.

Had to make a very large group booking for accommodation for attendees of a conference. From the first contact with reservations, it was clear these are professional people. Anschen was very helpful to answer questions, make amendments when required and update the room lists etc. Check in was super easy. Luggage was stored safely during the morning and put in the rooms before we could check in. The rooms were all very neat, clean, smelling nice and luxurious. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly the whole time. Renato Lardelli is doing a great job to manage this team. Well done on making my stressful task so easy and satisfying. (It was the first time I had to make such a large group booking, and it is always stressful to ensure all the people are happy.) you all made it easy! Thank you for a great experience.

I had a wonderful stay at Bridgewater in Century City. The host and staff were welcoming, the location is excellent, and the surroundings are beautiful. Dining at Augusto Restaurant was a highlight with great food and a lively atmosphere. Overall, it’s a lovely place to stay and offers great value for money.

overall amazing stay, restaurant steak was very tough for a medium, fries super crispy, maybe have an option for roasted baby potatoes. My colleagues had prawns and complained about how hard they were to peel and the meat stuck to the shell

The location is good. The reception team is good and supportive. A modern, stylish hotel in a safe, well-equipped suburb. Very Convenient access to shopping, dining, and transport.
