On my journey from Holland to Rome this was an excellent place to stay over the night. The room I got was roomy enough, clean, and with a stunning view on the mountains. The bed was good, and there was silence in the night, very important. The bathroom was well equipped and clean. (toilet, bidet, a good shower, a good number of clean towels. In the bedroom a comfy chair might be recommended. The staff mainly speaks Italian, yet they understand what you say. The approach is kind and friendly. Breakfast is 100% okay, fresh rolls , a big variety of sandwich-toppings, yoghurt, tea, coffee, fruits and more. The hotel has a great view over the valley of San Fedele D'Intelvi. It's nicely situated on a short distance to both Lago di Como (Lake Como) and Lago di Lugano (Lake Lugano). It's an affordable place to stay over for a night, or even your holidays. When I'm around another time I won't hesitate going there again.

Fantastique ! Situé dans un petit village en hauteur, au calme. Les chambres sont accueillantes (celle avec terrasse est magnifique). La piscine n'est pas grande mais elle est très propre, l'espace est bien agencé et agréable. Le petit déjeuner est parfait. Le personnel est disponible et serviable. C'est un très bon rapport qualité-prix, je recommande !

Amazing gem of a place with stunning views and immaculate rooms. We had a one bed apartment in the annexe which was perfect for us. The pool was fabulous, breakfast was very good indeed, the quality of fittings in the apartment top-notch. Very spacious, convenient and comfortable. Debra, the hostess, is a bundle of energy and quite delightful, she works incredibly hard and seems to do everything: serving breakfast, reception, providing local info on things to do and visits, cleaning rooms! What a superstar! The hotel doesn’t serve lunch or dinner but there’s a good selection of restaurants and cafes in the village 5 minutes walk away. We wanted to stay longer but had to move on in our pre-booked itinerary. Would definitely want to stay again….

We vonden de omgeving mooi qua natuur en leuke barretjes / restaurantjes, jammer dat bij ons Zwembad in verbouwing was, zo mooi weer op verheugd een bericht van te voren was fijn geweest.

Marc Servais, mon compagnon avait réservé pour trois nuits. Suite à un souci de grosse fatigue et d'épuisement, il a dû le jour même décommander pour la première nuit. Nous avons logé dans un autre hôtel et voulions loger à cet hôtel les deux nuits restantes. On a plusieurs fois envoyé des mails, laissé des messages vocaux pour dire qu'on viendrait. Nulle réaction et le lendemain ils signalent avoir annulé la réservation et ont remboursé pour deux nuits. Manque total de professionnalisme et pas fiable. Dommage parce qu'en nous rendant le lendemain sur place, on a vu que l'endroit avait l,'air charmant avec sa minuscule piscine. Suite à notre réclamation sur place, la patronne s'est excusée, mais aucune geste commercial,😡😡😡😡😡

l'hotel est un très bel hotel à caractère familial. Par contre, je suis très en colère contre eux. En effet, de passage en septembre 2023 dans l'établissement j'ai eu la malchance d'oublier dans ma chambre une paire de lunettes de soleil de vue. Je m'en suis rendu compte rapidement. J'ai rappelé l'hotel qui m'a confirmé cet oubli. J'ai donc proposé de me faire renvoyer, contre remboursement ou autre moyen de paiement, mes lunettes. Or depuis ce jour, malgré moults rappels téléphoniques et autres mails, je n'ai rien reçu. Le discours est toujours le même : oui nous allons faire le nécessaire, je m'en occupe demain, pas de problème monsieur... Or, près d'un an après j'ai fait une croix sur le fait de revoir mes lunettes. Je trouve fort dommage un tel comportement pour un hotel par ailleurs je le répète de très bonne qualité. Ce manque de sérieux et ce non respect de la parole donnée sont deux défauts qui à mes yeux, m'empêche de vous recommander cet hotel..

Ficamos por duas noites, a paisagem é linda e fica bem próximo a um centrinho com comércios e restaurantes, sendo que é possível ir tranquilamente andando. O quarto é simples, mas bem limpo! Café da manhã tem boas opções e qualidade, com destaque para o cappuccino.
