The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was nice, the bed was comfortable, but made a lot of noise every time you rolled over. It sounded like it was wrapped in plastic, or something. It was in a convention location. They offered a free breakfast, but we walked across the street to “Hash” and had a wonderful breakfast and a HUGE cinnamon roll! It is also nearby “Fiddlers” coffee which is top notch.

Very clean and quiet, even tho they were nearly booked for baseball tournament in town. Friendly front desk staff and decent continental breakfast as well. Definitely a good value.

It was good for a quick stop on sports night. It’s affordable when you just need a safe clean place to stay. The staff is nice and they allowed us to do late check out on a long tournament weekend

The bed was not comfortable and was very noisy/creaky. Every time wither one of us moved in the bed there was it made noise and it was very disruptive for our sleep. The pillow were also very small.

The staff was helpful and friendle, the room was clean, the price was right. The elevator is in need of a good scrub and so was the bathroom door. It was confusing to get to the other side of the freeway for dinner and we are old so we confuse easily!

The breakfast was good but lacked fresh fruit. It needs more hot items - a pancake machine was available and cold hard boiled eggs. I stay there with my sister every other month usually under her name. The rooms are very clean and so it the place. We missed seeing a Christmas tree and some decorations but not sure who the owners are or their beliefs.

place seem dated. not very well maintained. (Curtains had water stains, beds were old & uncomfortable, dead vending machines in entryway & hallway) Homeless person just walked into hotel to get free continental breakfast. - Staff took care of it.

Best prices in the area, basic rooms that were clean and did what I needed. Provided a place for me to sleep. No frills but I didnt need them. Staff was friendly and warm everytime I walked in the building.

My only small complaint was vending for drinks and snacks not available. This was a nice place to stay and i really enjoyed my time in Centrailia with my son and his family.
