Staff super helpful. I needed to get to the ktm butterworth station at 4.30am they even offered to help get me there. Rooms basic as with price. Locals eatery to the right as you leave hotel has excellent cheap Malaysian food and very helpful staff.

Quite a comfortable stay for a cheap price. The rooms are clean and perfect for one night to two night stay. No complains on aircond and washrooms. WiFi available.Easy access to highway and shops. Friendly stuff. Only drawback is TV don't have remote and only one channel available.

STAYED FOR ONE NIGHT FOR BUSINESS MEETING. COZY ROOM WITH TIDY BED BUT CAME WITH NO WINDOW. BATHROOM IS CLEAN. TOOTHBRUSH, SHAMPOO AND BATH SOAP ARE PROVIDED. A MINI WATER DISPENSER IS PROVIDED IN THE ROOM.. PARKING IS AVAILABLE INFRONT OF THE HOTEL. EXCELLENT LOCATION OF THE HOTEL, JUST NEXT TO THE MAIN ROAD.

I stayed for 2 nights in Feb20 as I needed to attend a wake/funeral nearby. So my needs were rather basic - a clean bed (checked), clean shower (checked) and security (security). Located in a rather new development, it is a nice cosy hotel with 3 floors. The building was built for commercial purposes - like eateries, pubs, offices, and there were plenty of these nearby. The carpark is in the middle of the stretch of road between the 2 banks of buildings and it fills up very quickly. The things that I found lacking were: (1) only 1 power point in the whole room. Luckily, I brought a multi-plug charger. Clearly inadequate for modern lifestyle where you have more electrical appliances, like laptops, hair dryers. (2) No kettle or fridge (at least in Room 208). I can accept the lack of a fridge but no kettle to boil water was a surprise. Coupled with the fact there is only one convenience shop in the whole vicinity (and note it is not 24 hours), it is a major letdown. (3) The hot water in the bath takes too long to warm up, like after 5 minutes of water flowing (such a waste). In the long run, the high water wastage will add up. (4) the carpets in the corridors were stained and needed cleaning. It is a new hotel and the corridors is the first impression to all visitors. Overall, my needs for this trip were basic as I was hardly in the room, except to sleep and bathe, but the hotel can do better.
