Shangri-La Jakarta

We had an awesome time at Shangrila Jakarta. Booking the clubroom was the best decision as we could have free flow drinks, afternoon tea and evening canapes. For those with children and not allowed into the lounge during evening time, they have allocated an area in the lobby lounge for families to enjoy their evening canapes and adults could still order any alcohol drinks served ala carte should they desire to do so—all inclusive. Lounge food was delicious. There were scones, salmon, smoked salmon sandwiches, profiteroles, sushi, satay, cakes etc. we would absolutely do the same should we be going to Jakarta again. There’s also a water playground with water slides and big tipping bucket for children. Pool is big and enjoyable. There are also fringe activities for children like bracelet making and also a bouncy castle and a swing. Rooms were kept clean and tidy and the toilet (with separate bathtub and shower) was huge! Room temperature control was accurate and good too. The only thing is that it is not located walking distance/connected to the big malls. But taking a bluebird cab out to mega malls is easy and also of budget cost. Breakfast spread is amazing and seating was fast too. Kids were also greeted with goodie bags on arrival. Always the best hotel to stay at. Great service from the staff, from concierge, receptionist and even the all day dining Satoo restaurant staff. Very friendly and always helpful. Rooms and public areas are well taken care of. Smell good too.

I had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the service was warm, professional, and attentive. The staff made me feel very welcomed and were always ready to assist with a smile. The room was clean, spacious, and beautifully designed. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was peaceful and relaxing. All facilities were well maintained, including the gym, swimming pool, and public areas. Breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of fresh and delicious food. I also appreciated the attention to detail and the high standard of hospitality throughout my stay. Thank you to the entire team for providing such an exceptional experience. I would highly recommend this hotel for both business and leisure travelers, and I definitely look forward to staying here again in the future.

I stayed here for visiting my client. The location is near my client's office. The staff very friendly. My room was spotless and the beds were remarkably comfortable. Wonderful! I would definitely stay here again!

a kids-friendly hotel with impeccable service and amenities. location is a bit far off from everywhere but since the hotel is like a resort, we are happy to be just around the compound for our staycation. Overall, recommended!

Classical old hotel but amazing breakfast and such a nice staff (especially Eri!!)

My stay at the Shangri-la  was great. They are friendly, courteous and expeditious. I had previously stayed  at the shangrila for a convention and their hospitality at that time is what made me want to return in this occasion. The rooms are impeccable and the beds are very comfortable.
