The room so small and old that make me hard to walk freely and tonpray inside the room. Good part was the breakfast was so good. Will consider to come back for bigger room.

Only the breakfast spread is super. The rooms are old and dark, I was being locked out of my room because the door lock battery ran out, but I was asked to check out asap. I was there to run an event, agreed to check the event room at 9pm but nothing was prepared. Next day morning it is prepared but the coffee tea and the food spread was so limited, its not even 5 star standard. I will never go back there for events

“It is located in the Bundaran HI CBD area of Jakarta. The room is good, but it’s a bit old, especially the bathroom.

Clean and convenient hotel. But rooms a little amall. Also the toilet sink was too high for a shorter frame person

Overall the stay was pleasant. Staff are helpful and friendly, breakfast spread is excellent. The only ‘negative’ - the bath towels seem worn out & thin.

Do not miss the breakfast. It has awesome variety. Although the old wing rooms seems a little dated, mine was clean and functional. The rooms there do not have the vintage feel. Had a friend in the new wing and the rooms there were much more modern and updated. Throughout the hotel, the staff were awesomely polite and courteous. I would not hesitate to stay here again when I am in Jakarta.
