Pan Pacific Properties in Central Jakarta

U will stay at this tall building. Surrounded w clouds or there would be a chance of facing to another tall building like I did when extended the stay totaling over $1500 but still facing people working there. So it wasn’t that pleasant on that regard. The reason why moving to another unit was that the previous unit washing machine was broken. It was long broken with some towels on the ground before I moved in. Why giving a room that wasn’t ok? Ended up the service ppl really wanted to fix the machine… instead of allocating another room. It took them over 30mins and they just wanted to get it fixed. I mean it’s not my apt and why would I be using the room while ppl were doing the work not just finding out the problem was but they were really intended to fix the washing machine. It’s funny. But not funny if you pay for multiple nights but… Housekeeping and eveyrone was trying to do a good job. It’s just unfortunate and unprofessional for the management consistently not amping up the service imo. I intended to get a good vacation. Rested for but the sauna wasn’t functioning. So at this point you get the idea. Facilities are there but they aren’t working for guests to enjoy. I can’t say this place is a five because it isn’t. Charging wrong amount isn’t up to par. It’s careless mistakes that cause time for guests to have good time. Maybe it could be just happening to me. I have been staying here multiple times already since the opening. You won’t be getting any sun for the swimming pool.
