Hotels in Menteng, Central Jakarta

We stayed at the 2 Bedroom Fraser Residence Menteng as a family of two parents and three children, and our experience was extremely satisfying. The unit was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. The two bedrooms with a large living room allowed all family members to move freely without feeling cramped. The facilities were as complete as an apartment, ranging from a kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, and washing machine to dining utensils, making it very practical for families. The children especially enjoyed playing in the swimming pool and playground. The location is also strategic in the Menteng area, close to various shopping centers and dining spots, making it easy to travel anywhere. Breakfast offered a diverse selection of delicious dishes. What stood out the most was the friendliness of all the staff, from check-in to check-out; everyone was very helpful and made us feel right at home. Overall, Fraser Residence Menteng is an excellent choice for a staycation or a large family vacation. We will definitely stay here again when visiting Jakarta.

Excellent facilities and beautiful decor. The rooms are spacious, well-equipped, and the beds and pillows are very comfortable. The bathroom is also well-appointed with amenities, towels, shower gel, shampoo, and lotion. The breakfast was quite comprehensive and varied, with plenty to choose from. For me, the only thing missing was dairy products like yogurt. The staff were very kind, attentive, and looked after the guests, helping with everything they could. Special thanks to Gio who was very attentive to me, and to Yesika who made sure my stay was very pleasant – and they succeeded! Many thanks to them.

This is a unique, compact hotel with an oriental ambiance. The amenities were efficient, and the room was clean and comfortable. I was a bit disappointed that the room service came in disposable plastic containers (the menu showed it beautifully plated on dishes…), but the food itself was delicious. Exploring the local eateries around the hotel would also be enjoyable. The staff service was good, and overall, it offers great value for money, so I recommend it.

I stayed for two nights to explore Jakarta. The room wasn't huge, but it was perfectly adequate and comfortable for a solo traveler. The overall design of the hotel and the guest rooms was lovely and stylish; just being in such a chic space really uplifted my mood. The breakfast didn't boast the extensive variety of a five-star hotel, but there was a good enough selection, and it was delicious. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the staff were attentive and polite; I didn't encounter any issues during my stay. The location was also excellent, with easy access to attractions like Monas and Istiqlal Grand Mosque, which was a major plus. It served as a convenient base for sightseeing.

The hotel is a bit old, a little run-down, and definitely could use a renovation. However, the price-to-quality ratio is acceptable. It's located not far from the central square, and there are shops nearby. Everything in the room itself is in working order.

Excellent hotel with great service. Convenient location, comfortable bed, clean room with city view, and attentive staff. The entire experience was hassle-free and exceeded my expectations. Would recommend travellers to stay here without any worries.

Friendly service, clean, everything was great and highly recommended!

From the start, the staff were warm and welcoming, and they remained friendly throughout my entire stay. The hotel itself is small but offers a lot of facilities, including a pool, gym, and sauna. However, the gym & sauna experience was disappointing because there were no bathing towels or no basket near the shower room, and no slippers or foot mat outside the shower room, plus you had to tap your card every single time just to re-enter. My room on the fifth floor was decent in size but not very soundproof, as I could clearly hear maintenance work and people talking right outside my door. The bathroom had a bathtub, but to shower you had to stand inside the tub, and the water pressure was so low that cleaning yourself took much longer than it should. The mattress was quite hard and not very comfortable, the towels felt old, and the toothbrush provided was too hard. Coffee and tea options were just basic, and while the TV channels were also basic, the room did offer Netflix and Disney+ though you had to log into your own account. The fridge barely got cold even when I turned it to maximum, so I'm not sure why it was there at all. On a positive note, the breakfast buffet had good variety, but the coffee machine only served espresso and Americano, so I hope they upgrade it with more functions like latte in the future.

Perfect stay!! Booked 24hours stay, very worth it since i arrived at the hotel around 5AM. Mas anum very polite, & helpful. Stay for 2 nights here, everything was clean and tidy. Hotel in prime location, near from public transportation. Will back definitely!! Thanks artotel hub simpang temu
