Mövenpick Hotel Jakarta City Centre (Pecenongan) This was my first time staying here, and I was genuinely impressed. The hotel has a very aesthetic vibe from the moment you enter. The room is minimalist yet incredibly cozy, with a layout that feels very well thought out and functional. The interior design and furniture are modern and elegant. The TV is already a smart TV, so you can easily watch Netflix or YouTube during your stay. Most importantly, the room was spotless, clean, and very comfortable. Breakfast was honestly one of the biggest highlights for me. I was surprised by how complete and varied the selection was. My favorite section was definitely the Japanese food corner. They had Tuna inari sush and Unagi sushi that honestly tasted comparable to sushi from a proper restaurant—probably the most worth-it sushi I’ve ever had at a hotel breakfast. All of the food was delicious, to the point that dining here felt more like eating at a restaurant rather than a hotel buffet. For the facilities, I really enjoyed the gym, steam room, and sauna. The gym is quite complete and well-equipped for a hotel gym. They also provide free water refills, infused water, and even first aid equipment inside the gym, which was a thoughtful touch. There is also a kids’ play area located next to the gym. The swimming pool was another pleasant surprise. I was amazed to find a huge LED screen by the pool, so guests can relax and swim while watching shows or movies. This was honestly my first time seeing a hotel with this kind of setup, and it made the pool experience feel extra unique and enjoyable. Overall, it was a very memorable stay and I would definitely love to come back again.

An old-school upscale business hotel. Very good service with friendly and helpful staff. Spacious room with adequate amenities. With international electric sockets that was very convenient for international tourists. A Family Mart and a KFC are just round the corner, Without 10 minutes walk to find many eateries. Not around with shopping centres. The swimming pool and full-gear gym were excellent! I'd in particular mention Tria of the lobby lounge. I went to the lounge also every evening throughout my stay, Tria was very friendly and consistently provided excellent service.

Overall, it was a great stay. The location was fantastic and very convenient, and the hospitality from the staff was genuinely warm throughout our visit. The hotel itself is beautiful, with a nicely decorated lobby that creates a great first impression. Check-in was smooth and fast, and the same goes for check-out. Alif, who assisted with our check-out, was efficient and helpful. We did encounter a slight issue with the water hose, but it was promptly rectified by the hotel, and we didn’t have to pay anything, which we really appreciated. I also mentioned that the water pressure was a bit low and there was a minor leak in the bathroom, so that’s something that could be improved. That said, the stay was still very enjoyable and definitely value for money. The fact that breakfast was included in the rate was a big plus. The Indonesian breakfast options were excellent, though it would be even better if there were more Western-style choices available. All in all, a pleasant experience and I would happily consider staying again.

Building looks nice but the room’s cleanliness could be improved. Service is tiptop, the people are super nice.

The room facilities are a bit old, and the bedding is old and faded.

Clean room, towels, drinking water, tissues, free refill drinking water, free hot water to make coffee or tea. There is a shared refrigerator as well for storing food or drink. The bathroom is quite clean, but please keep more maintained and repaired which is broken. Finding food is not difficult, there are food selling in the park of belkang complex, or junk food restaurants 200 meters away. There are also many drinks and close. The building looks pretty doubt as it is not maintained. But the inside for the stay is quite comfortable. thank you for the facilities and services.

The hotel is delicious and comfortable, but at noon because there is a caroke downstairs so there is a little bus loop. But it can still be tolerated.
