Staff are amazing and super friendly. Breakfast was 8/10 for both 2 days ( 95% same menu if you stays more than one night so lower your expectation :)) Cleanliness ＞ need to check your bed and make sure theres no cockroaches under your sheet/blanket. Gym area was fantastic even its a bit far away from everything. They have beautiful swimming pool area but we havent try it as yet.

The check-in process and experience were very top notch, very pleasant to stay. Provided in-house fitness session and shuttle services. The hotel massage was amazingly good, highly recommended.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The facilities were very complete and well-maintained, especially the tennis court which was excellent and enjoyable to use. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help, making our experience even more pleasant. One of the highlights of our stay was the breakfast buffet — absolutely delicious with a great variety of choices and excellent quality. Everything was fresh and beautifully prepared. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, great sports facilities, amazing food, and outstanding service.

It is a very delightful place to stay, with great services and very good restaurants.

Everything was good!! We had an amazing night staying in Mulia :)

The hotel is excellent—pleasant, clean, and very well-maintained—but breakfast was too chaotic. Perhaps it could be organized better; it was very uncomfortable. The dining area is too small, so we had to wait in long lines to get food and often bumped into other guests because it was so crowded.

Great 5 stars hotel. Superb breakfast. But you have to consider when it is in the season of peak holiday. Last time i had to queue for about 20-30 minutes for breakfast. Also please provide kid’s club just as in Mulia Bali. It will be great for the kids.

We always book this hotel for its location as it is easy to get around and close to where we had to go to for work.

Hotel location super nice as this trip is concert trip. The hotel very near to Indonesia Arena. Walkable distance around 5min.
