Excellent Stay at Four Points! We had a wonderful time at Four Points! The hotel exceeded our expectations with its impeccable cleanliness and superb location. The convenience of the location made our stay even more enjoyable. We were thoroughly impressed and would definitely return. We highly recommend Four Points to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay! 5/5 stars!

The accommodation is strategically located- lots of eateries, restaurants, malls and easy access to transportation. The staff provides excellent service. Once I left my handphone on the sofa near reception. They kept for me and I am very grateful to them. Highly recommended stay! Kudos to Four points!

Anniversary cake given to me was not fresh the fruits bad condition already and lobby hotel room has no air conditioning feelings very hot

The location is perfect, right next to the Grand Hyatt Hotel and a shopping mall.

Good place to live, and it's easy to call the Grab too. Only issue is the noise from outside since it's too close to the main street I guess.

Great breakfast with variety, room is as per standard just that the sound prove is very bad. Loud noise from the road side and next door.

The service at the hotel was decent overall. The staff were generally polite and responsive, though at times it felt like they were understaffed, leading to occasional delays. The facilities were quite good, with a well-maintained pool and a modern gym. The room was clean and comfortable, though the decor felt a bit dated. Overall, it was a satisfactory stay, though there is definitely room for improvement in certain areas.

Good location and the staff are helpful, especially Wisdom and Hana. They are the best!

Really love this hotel! The services are good and the breakfast is very good too. Very near to The Plaza Indonesia mall too!
