Good, check in and out are fast, friendly staff. But boring breakfast everyday no meat at all. Big room like it but very near to mosque it’s very noisy

Great location.close to sarinah and tharmin bus statation. Requested for non smoking room. Was informed that non smoking room is not guaranteed and only given if available . Luckily was given a non smoking room and hence the good rating.

Breakfast included. Location was good. Walking distance to Shopping areas.

Minta city view, tapi dapet window yg separuhnya dilapis, ya terus liat viewnya gimana. Minta ganti kamar, katanya hanya tinggal smoking, nunggu sampe jam 3 lebih, ternyata ada yg non smoking. Breakfast oke, ramah semua.

Good location if you’re planning to go to tanah abang area, room is clean and equipped with universal power supply. Dont have to worry to bring your universal plug.

Good location. Google to locate the street food corner. Don't stay in Room 0521. The window is facing a huge blank wall. Cleanliness can be better. There is bugs in my room. See photo attached.

Hotel is good, great location , just need to update the hotel room pix, now there r using wood floor instead carpet… i love carpet because wood floor is bit cold

This hotel is situated in the heart of the city center hence the traffic is extremely heavy and busy, going to places are can be extremely difficult and time consuming. The location isn't good at all. You need more time allowance to get to the airport consider the heavy traffic. There are slums everywhere, behind the hotel and dirty food stalls nearby. These slums should be removed from the vicinity. Beggars and homeless people are everywhere even outside McDonald's nearby. There are McDonald's, Burger King, Starbucks and indo Cafe nearby. Brsides, we are very disappointed with the cleanliness of the hotel. Our bedsheets are stained with footsteps and dirty stains. Cockcroaches are all over the toilet seat, crawling all over my legs while we were seated. It's so gross. I hope this hotel can improve its cleanliness. See the photos and you can decide yourself whether it's gross or not.

Our stay was more of a long stopover so we can explore Jakarta too and it was planned that way. We bought into the Holiday Inn brand value, but honestly we were quite disappointed. The staff are helpful of course, that’s a clear positive, but this properly doesn’t stand up to Holiday Inn standards. We selected a twin room, as it was cleaner than the queen/king bed. The breakfast was just about ok (thanks to the live station) but it had no class of Holiday Inn, according to us.

The location is good,room is clean. Staffs are friendly and helpful.beside the hotel the is a mall sarinah,many restaurant inside there.food is good and tasteful.

super lousy breakfast with sweet fried meehoon. shampoo and shower gel in the wash room is so terribly low quality and bad smell. quite disappointed

Good location with easy accessibility to nearby shopping mall and restaurant. The towel in the room need to be replaced.

hotel room 0117 stinks with the smell of cigarettes. we tried to change the hotel room because the smell was very bad but the hotel staff gave the reason that the room was full. we stayed 4 days 3 nights. . please be alert to give to smoking guests not to us female guests. very disappointed with this stay. I will not book at this hotel again.
