The standard of the room facilities did not look anything like the pictures or reviews. The manager was helpful. However ,we entered the room and then asked for a refund 10 minutes later. I would definitely not suggest this hotel to anyone.

I was pleasantly surprised - I hadn't expected this hotel to be so nice. I was bowled over by how helpful the staff were in getting me a delicious breakfast to take away, as I needed to meet an early train out of the city. The staff was welcoming and very competent. The price was right as well.

For the price like this , its already worth it. I got free upgrade to deluxe as well

I am a old customer in this hotel.Whenever I am in Jakarta, I do prefer to stay here.The hotel is good, located in the center of the city.The employees are good and helpful.The breakfast is good too.

January 31, 2022 is my second visit at Asyana Hotel. I checked in late and almost didn't get a room that matched my request, namely a non-smoking room. suddenly the receptionist said that the non-smoking room was out, so I was advised to use a free room, whether to smoke or not. I refuse. because I don't smoke. finally the receptionist upgraded my room at no extra cost. Thank you, Asyana, for the comfort you provide. My kids also feel comfortable to stay here. Wait for my third visit 🙏🙂❤️

Best rates of hotel. Near to Senen train station and Kemayoran expo. Not found nearest culinary spot except Malay food restaurant. The floor in room and walk zone dusting. Old building and need improvement in cleaning
