This hotel used to be an Ibis. Not much has changed since then. The atmosphere feels very outdated, with dirty carpets in the corridors and faded paint in the rooms. The in-room facilities also look quite old. If the hotel were renovated and modernized, it would be great, especially considering the spacious rooms and strategic location.

Very satisfied customer here. Over all 5 stars. All people are smiling. Very nice and kind. I love the food and location. The service is excellent. There are lot of amenities. Hope you will stay the same when we came back. ❤️ Please take this as a positive critics regarding the comfort room in our room. I think toilet bowl needs to be brush more and also at the back because there is a smell coming from it. Thank you so much. We had a very happy experience in Indonesia mostly because of the comfort you provided us.

The room is small compared to picture. Facilities is worn out but clean. Location is superb and easy access to many amenities

Jackpot!! I have gad a good experience during my stay at This hotel. Near to airport and the cleanliness is superb! The staffs are very accommodating. I feel like i stay at 5 stars hotel! Lolll Linen, pillows, blanket, towell are very comfortable and good. Will recommend this hotel to anyone..

This hotel offered comfortable accommodations at a very reasonable price. The staff is five star and the location is five star. The swimming pool was clean and the gym was well equipped. The cuisine stood out as being fresh and varied in its’ selection. The ingredients were quality and fresh. Overall, it was an excellence day, especially for the money.

Great location, walking distance to the central city and nearby attractions, restaurants, and bars. Staff are friendly, kind, and helpful. Breakfast buffet is good. Their ala carte menu is good too. One down side was when we were there, their emergency alarm went off 3 times for awhile. No real emergency but rather a technical error. They didn't announce in their intercom though that it was a technical error, we had to call the front desk to confirm. Otherwise, it was a good stay and will recommend.

There's a swimming pool and a gym. The breakfast offers a good variety, and the hospitality is also excellent.

Like everywhere in Indonesia the people are very friendly. The room was okay, bed was firm but soft. Bathroom was not that clean. There was no fridge which was a pity. The room was very smokey so they let us change the room, the second room on the 6th floor was way better. Cleaner, newer and no smell.

The hotel very very dirty. The cockroaches wverywhere. light making noice about to expload. safe box was not provided it was on request. cups are dirty , shower is dirty. please see all photos before you book staff are amazing

Old hotel which could do with a good renovation. Had a few issues with my Room ( A/c not being cold and toilet getting blocked up) everything was resolved quickly by the helpful staff.
