Booked a hotel. We got to it from the airport by metro. Well, it happened. No cash and no communication. Difficulty finding a hotel. He is not on the street, but in the yards. The hotel itself is quite clean. Friendly staff. By the way, they helped with the issuance of a SIM card and with the exchange of cash. It was also convenient to pay with a Russian bank card with the union pay payment system. The room itself is quite clean. The plumbing is in poor condition, but this is India. WiFi worked great. I was able to watch movies. Breakfast is rather poor, perhaps we could ask for more and better, but we do not speak English, and we did not want to bother. (Breakfast was included, the tea was delicious) There is nothing near the hotel)) I have everything))

This hotel is walking distance from the Red Fort and markets. We stayed here for one night. The room was small with double bed, two bedside tables, and two chairs with a low couch table. There was a kettle etc. to make your own tea. The window was overlooking the mosque next door. You could hear the traffic a little bit, but it wasn't too bad. The bathroom was small but had a separate shower. Everything was clean. I really liked the restaurant on the roof top. It's quite expensive but you have a great view to the mosque next door and it feels relaxing up there. Once you step out of the hotel there are lots of people, shops and traffic. India! For shopping turn left towards the Red Fort as to the right there are only paper shops. The staff of the hotel was very friendly. They also organized a taxi for us to get to the airport. We were happy with our stay here.

The sound insulation is very bad, the room has no privacy, the toilet lid is crooked, the shower is very cold, because there is no door, the bed and the bathroom are only one meter, the bathroom door cannot be locked from the outside, which means sleeping next to the bathroom, 555. This hotel has two buildings. We eat in the old building and live in the new building. They are 300 meters apart. The front desk of the new building is often empty, and no one answers the phone when I call. There's really nothing to eat for breakfast. I could only eat three omelettes. The coffee tastes terrible too. This price is not cost-effective at all. The pictures are beautiful, I won’t go to this place again.
In comparison, I think Hotel City Star is extremely cost-effective. We stayed there the day before. The room was clean and tidy. It was like a home in China. The breakfast was rich, with both meat and vegetables. The creamy mushroom macaroni was super delicious and the coffee was fragrant. No wonder that hotel is full of foreigners. The room rate is cheap, only more than 300. .

one of the most affordable and ease to use hotel nearby New Delhi railway station ( a walking distance) i reached 6 am, 6 hrs prior to my booking and the happily adjusted early chekin without taking a single penny. room was good, having a iron, hair dryer, coffee/tea facility and other ametities. Again after 2 days i came here to spent 3 hrs at lounge area waiting for my nearby train and they fain happily welcomed me as a recent guest. i have booked this property again for november 24 booking.. great place to stay.......

The environment is very clean and the service is very good. The service staff always smiles and tries their best to fulfill the guests' requests. I recently stayed at this hotel, and while there were positives, there were also some issues that could be improved. On the positive side, the hotel itself is nice, with a clean environment, and the staff are generally humble and polite. They were very helpful in providing fresh linens when requested. However, i did have a major issue with mosquitos. I opened the balcony door for just a minute, and the room quickly filled with mosquitos and other creepy crawlies, which made the bed uncomfortable. Another downside was with the checkout experience. The checkout time is set at 11 a. M, but since my train was at 2:30 p. M, i requested a two-hour extension. While the staff did allow a one-hour extension, they seemed very hesitant, and i felt pressured by repeated calls to vacate, which was quite inconvenient. Overall, it was a decent experience, but i’d rate it a 3 out of 5 due to the mosquito problem and the checkout experience.

One of the best budget properties that I have stayed in . Firstly the hotel has a dream location, with such close proximity to major markets, tourist destinations , railway station and the airport. It is surrounded by a plethora of amazing eating joints, most of them being walking distance. The hotel has the most courteous staff who are just a call away and a very friendly and cooperative owner. The rooms are extremely and bathrooms clean and spacious. The bed and the pillows are 5 star standards. Running hot water was always available and the internet speed was brilliant. It is 3 side open property making it very well ventilated giving a very positive vibe. All in all had a brilliant stay and my only go to place when I am in Delhi. Highly recommended!

Stay was wonderful and staff was amazing. Room I stay was super clean and worth the amount paid must say a true value for money. Location of the hotel is good as it’s near to a metro station. Food next door was also ok and as per the choice. It’s a good experience overall we had at the bloom.

Location is good. It's in middle of karol bagh market. Food is also good. Service is average. But the issue is with room service. Interior of the room is average. Wallpapers are toned, some of the switch boards are broken, sockets plugs are missing, boilers are not working and even sometimes landline phone doesn't work.

First of all thanks to staff members they all deal with us very politely and also in a good behavior. They are all good. My colleagues are also very happy. And bed room service is too much good. A class ac room and well neat and clean every facilities is provided by staff. After all food facilities and food quality is very good it was very delicious and fresh food. GGuest UserThe ac will be turned off by the hotel and you have to often ask them to switch it on. There was no continuous water supply throughout the day. We have to notify them about the shortage of water. And there is no hot water supply. Wi-fi is very weak wasn't working at all. The food is quite good and available even late at night.

Nice,clean place. The other bad reviews do have some points of correctness but you're in the middle of New Delhi Bazaar! Yes, it's on a side street Yes, it's not 4 or 5 star but it's clean and the staff are very friendly & helpful. It really is an experience staying in Delhi but it's a true taste of the capital & how the people live here! The only downsides were having a room by reception as quite noisy all night & a sewage smell from the street from about 6am to 7am but it wasn't all night. Pros - Suitable location Cons - Room by reception. Enjoy your stay it's an experience to be here!

4487DHANESH487I stayed for 3 nights for a business visit to Delhi . The rooms are spacious , with a sofa in it . Most of hotel rooms at Karol Bagh have congested rooms . But this hotel took me with surprise . The breakfast is just very basic and not tasty at all . In fact the breakfast hall is small . The location of the hotel is on a jewellery street . The hotel is at walking distance to Karol Bagh metro station .
