Amazing location right in the middle of the city center. Beautiful designed rooms with view on the Castle. Delicious breakfast full of homemade dishes. Attention to details and very helpful and professional staff. We will definitely recommend this gem to all our friends. 5 stars on all fronts!

Location is unbeatable, right along the river and no vehicular traffic. Restaurants are within walking distance and most importantly, very friendly service. Gentleman was very helpful at the front desk and welcomed visitors with a shot of liquor! Love it!!! I’ll stay here again in a heartbeat if you wanna avoid large hotels. Rooms are cozy; so what’s not to like? Nothin!

Service, atmosphere, cleanliness, and quality of the hotel was excellent. My only complaint is that the rooms are not at all soundproof — there was a crying, loud child in the room next door and I could hear absolutely every noise the child made until 3-4 am.

This little gem of a boutique hotel is fabulously located, clean and charming, the decor is the best combination of old world and new design, will come back again!

Very nice hotel in a very convenient location. Within walking distance to many great restaurants, including several Michelin star ones! The breakfast provided at the hotel was wonderful and everyone that works at the hotel is very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

The hotel heritage is in a building. That’s 400 years old. The staff was so incredible and helpful.Ana especially because she help me make arrangements to leave on the day of the marathon, and my driver through my daytrip.com could not pick me up, so she arranged for a taxi to take me from Ljubljana to Zagreb. She communicated with the driver. She explain to him the difficulty because everything is walled off. What hotel is across from the shoemakers bridge or also called the Cobblers Bridge only a five minute walk to the city center along the river Ljubljananica. The hotel had an incredible breakfast buffet and across the corner was a restaurant that they recommend and it was incredible and so convenient . The day I left a huge marathon was going on. Most of the city was walled off. My driver could not get to the hotel, and she arrange for a taxi to take me from the hotel to Zagreb for the same price and you have to be a taxi driver and you can only pick up people from 6 AM to 10 AM in the morning. The driver was there 20 minutes early and Thomas was a very interesting man to talk to all the way to Zagreb. I love the Hotel, the staff and the location.!!! I would recommend this to anyone and everyone

Great property in the center of everything. Beautiful, clean, comfortable rooms and lovely staff.

This is a great hotel in a great location. The only draw back is there are no cars allowed by the river so you have to walk about 3/4 of a block from your taxi drop off or pick up point, but great place, I would stay there again.
