I consider myself as experienced traveler and this was the best hotel I have stayed in. Every single thing was planned in detail and delivered in perfect- best quality food, amenities in a hotel and the kindest people- reception, cleaners, kitchen crew.

酒店位於薩拉熱窩市中心核心區域，主幹道邊上（其實主幹道都很小），去景區都可以步行，非常方便。因薩拉熱窩很小，路又窄，不建議開車，步行是最方便的遊覽方式。房間不大，小小的，但是非常乾淨整潔，床上用品也非常舒適，整個酒店的牆都是薩拉熱窩的噴繪圖片，非常有特色，可能也是她叫color inn的原因吧。房間還送了免費的依雲玻璃瓶裝水和睡前小點心，酒店的細節做的非常到位，工作人員很熱情，服務很貼心。早餐很豐盛，肉製品、水果、奶製品品種都很多。來薩拉熱窩，住繽紛酒店是個非常不錯的選擇。酒店後面就是自有的停車場，不知道咋回事，我們提前電話預約和到現場，都説不能停，雖然工作人員很耐心的跟我們解釋了，可能是語言方面的原因吧。不過，最終還是通過攜程順利解決了免費停車的問題。

My wife and I visited for the first time. We were delighted with our choice of hotel. It was a lovely boutique hotel. The room was excellent. The staff were faultless in their service . The hotel had an extensive breakfast choice, one of the best we have had. Hotels as well situated with easy access to all places we wanted to visit Highly recommended.

(+) the room was very spacious and well equipped (+) easy check-in / check-out, very nice and helpful staff (+) location is just perfect, close to everything. I've did most of my visiting by walking (+) great breakfast, many choices and very good quality (+) great value for money

Excellent hotel. Warm and welcoming, helpful staff. Spacious room with the biggest bed we have ever slept in. Great location near good restaurants and sites. Breakfast was great with plenty of variety, including hot and continental food

We received a confirmation of our reservation 2 months before the date of our 3-day stay. A few days before our arrival, we received an email informing us that a flood in the city was forcing them to cancel our reservation because of the damages. We had booked a room on the upper floors! We changed our plans and booked into a hotel located near the river where there didn't seem to be a problem with a flood!! We went to see this hotel and there were no outward signs or written notice about a possible flooding problem. Is this a way to get rid of tourists when the hotel has been overbooked? That is what we felt.
