This hotel is amazing the architecture and furniture are NICE BUT Manager from the hotel was unwelcoming when I would like to asked her something about the SPA.after my check out she's was better and smiling, maybe the English is a big issues in Italy

The hotel is brand new and the decor is stunning! The suite we stayed in even had a colour therapy shower! The staff could not be more welcoming. We had a magical weekend in this place, which now holds a special place in our hearts ♥️

Only used the Spa service. But it was enough to understand how much they care about their guests. Beautiful place, relaxing spa program thanks to the atmosphere created, kind and polite staff, clean changing rooms. Definitely worth doing again

Beautiful spa, friendly and very nice staff. Not to be missed! The Turkish bath, the Finnish sauna, the salt room and the emotional shower, everything seems to be embedded in the rock. The spa ends with a flute of prosecco in a beautiful whirlpool tub! beautiful

Appena arrivati mi è crollato un mito! Puzza di fogna nello spogliatoio maschile. NESSUN RELAX, non è una spa privata, ma CONDIVISA. Ed oggi eravamo topo in geriatria. Dopo mezz'ora siamo fuggiti. Claustrofobico, un buco e pure condivisa, senza privacy. Mai più. Soldi buttati.

È la seconda volta che soggiorno in questo splendido hotel e così come due anni fa si è riconfermato impeccabile sotto tutti i punti di vista. A partire dalla pulizia, personale molto disponibile e cordiale, ottima colazione. Questa volta abbiamo provato la SPA un posto incantevole, ben realizzato, accogliente e pulito ottimo per trascorrere un po' di tempo in totale relax. Un massaggio professionale e soprattutto anche qui come nell'hotel il personale è di una gentilezza assoluta. Consiglio davvero a tutti questo posto. Sicuramente ci ritorneremo.

Hotel pulito letto comodissimo, camera bella e spaziosa bagno pulito con doccia grande, gentilissimi sia alla reception che alle colazioni complimenti a tutti quelli che lavorano in questo magnifico posto, ottima anke la spa incastrata nelle rocce molto molto particolare, pulita anke essa con regole rigide e giuste, se provo devo trovare un difetto rispetto ad altri hotel con spa mancava un ingresso dall' interno dell hotel alla spa, bisogna per forza passare esternamente, e infine non c'è parcheggio ma questo c era scritto in fase di prenotazione ma nelle strade si trova facilmente posto in un paesino comunque tranquillo e silenzioso grazie mille dell accoglienza

Excellente hôtel confortable à cellino san marco seul bémol le petit déjeuner ne correspond pas à un quatre étoiles et le spa est fermé en juillet et août regrettable .un lieux réconfortant après une journée de visites touristiques. Cet hôtel est romantique également.
