Very poor hotel, very poor check-in experience! At the beginning, I booked 1 room for 2 adults and 1 child to stay for 5 days. When I arrived at the store, I was told that the 10-year-old child needs to open another room! blatant fraudulent consumption.

If you are a VIP member, avoid staying here. Spoke to two different staff…they couldn’t even offer a coffee as an apology…they don’t know about hospitality. Won’t go back to this property

It was a good hotel, comfort, it is just that it costs more than average, at least put in the room coffee, how come in a 4 star hotel they is no coffee /hot water. Also as written before, all hotels that parking costs money, mention it in the description, but here they say parking and nothing regarding 15euro fee.
