I had a fantastic stay at Pillows Hotel Cebu From the welcoming check-in to the luxurious room, everything was top-notch. I booked 2 rooms for my parents and For me and my partner. Both my parents and my room was spacious, clean, and had amazing city views. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom was well-equipped with luxury amenities.
The on-site restaurant served a delicious breakfast, and the rooftop on 7th floor it’s great to chill or have some coffee or you do your smoking with stunning views. The location was perfect, with shops and attractions within walking distance.
The staff was friendly and attentive, making sure all my needs were met. The only downside was the slippery parking area I almost fell while walking to my car, which could definitely be improved for safety. But it was worth it for the quality of the experience.

Hotel is clean,rooms lobby, but flooring and bathroom tiles are dark colors that makes the room dark with limited lightings - staff are friendly and helpful , very good location 👍👍👍

We recently stayed at this hotel in Cebu and had a wonderful experience. The place is impeccably clean, and its location in the city makes it very convenient with easy access to key spots. The staff are incredibly accommodating, always ready to assist with a smile. Best of all, the rates are very affordable compared to other hotels in the area. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and value for money!"

We checked into Pillows hotel on the 24th Dec 2024. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They directed us to to the restaurants and how to get to the bus terminals. We checked out on the 25th Dec. We stayed in the standard room and it was everything you need and the price you pay is worth more than you get. They also have a gym on the 7th floor.
Very safe area to walk around at night as well.
I rebooked again to stay in the deluxe suit from the 6 - 8 Jan 2025 and my word was i blown away. The room is massive, large bathroom. Plenty of space. The bed is 10/10 and even the pillows were supper
comfortable. They also have free water outside every room from the filtration water dispenser.
