Excellent customer service. I have problems sleeping and I am very sensitive to noise. They place us in the furthest room from the road. I had a great sleep. Good comfy beds. Great shower. I really like the breakfast as there was a lot of gluten free choices! The shuttle to the airport was very convenient. Nice views too!

The best was a free shuttle bus from and also next morning back to aerport to pick up the car. The room was extra large and the brekbest was fantastic.

Woww, the best hotel room I have ever had!! Big spacious and clean. I loved it and I’d stay there again. The free shuttlebus service is awesome as well. They also have an empty garage if you are coming with a car 😍

Departing from Catania Airport, this airport hotel is just a 4-minute drive away. The room was quite spacious, but the facilities were very outdated. Since we arrived on a late flight and were taking a bus from near the airport to Palermo the next day, it was the perfect choice. The hotel offers a free shuttle to the airport, and the shuttle bus clearly has the hotel's logo on it. (There was some miscommunication between the hotel and Trip.com regarding the late-night airport pickup, which led to ineffective communication. We eventually figured it out by using common sense and spotting the vehicle's logo at the airport drop-off point for departures, though it caused quite a delay before we successfully got on board.) On a positive note, the hotel also provides free luggage storage, which was a nice touch!

Clean and spacious. Comfortable beds. Good restaurant on site. Only thing amiss was my body shampoo was empty and it was late in the evening. I didn’t want to ask for more at that time of night. Shuttle from airport was very easy and convenient.

This is a wonderful location to stay a night before an early morning flight to the airport. The stay was wonderful too. The hotel has a big pool to relax and the grounds are kept neat. The room had a view of Mount Etna and it was thrilling to see the Mountain during Sunrise. The staff were friendly and receptive. Rooms were large with a big clean bed and linens. Bathroom was more than average size. It was a good and relaxing stay. I think parking is free here. There is a bit of Industrial area around the hotel, but it is very safe. Saw plenty of families with kids enjoying their stay. The hotel has a wonderful restaurant to try the local food. English is spoken by almost all the staff.

We stay here every year the night before our flight. The staff are extremely helpful, the restaurant food and service is exceptional. Of course the location is perfect.

Very good shuttle service to the airport every half an hour - the best among many hotels. Very clean and quiet. Facilities can be better maintained.
