I haven't been to the B&B Palazzo Bruca at all. Under the pretext of lack of room I was relocated to the partner B&B, without any standing or similarities with the photos published on trip.com.
It was complicated to get the keys, the place, the entry codes to find myself in a converted attic where there was no hot water, where I saw no one. Large room but very small window, it does not feel good to sleep there.
Everything is outdated, dated and tired. I had a feeling of fear to be there alone. the faucet was leaking all night, I felt like a ghost was showering.
Then breakfast; we have a business card on which is written that we must go to a café which will give us a drink and 2 pastries, sweet and/or savoury. The reception at the cafe is detestable, the impression of going begging, for us it's self service, no table service. On the 2 days of breakfast, it was never the same: once you had to pay extra, another time you weren't entitled to all the pastries. In short, unpleasant mornings like that, I don't want thank you, bad service, unpleasant reception, to flee.

Excellent location, the place was very clean and central. The possibility to use the private parking it’s so useful when staying in the town centre. The owner was very friendly and super nice! All the staff goes above and beyond if something is needed, amazing people! Loved our stay and we will definitely be back!

Very comfortable mattress. Very clean and we were welcomed with a small bottle of champagne. Very spacious and lovely. Beautiful view of the grounds. Unforgettable. Loved the old lift experience. It was fun.

Excellent positioning, very close to the City center, to all points of interest and the bus stop for Syracusa, Noto, Agrigento. Very clean! New and modern furniture, very large rom! Great view from the balcony! The staff was very friendly!

The staff at the Palazzo Bruca were incredible! They were very accommodating for an earlier check in and to assist with securing me transport for a very early morning flight to Rome. The room was clean and comfortable. Access in felt safe after hours. The location was perfect in the town centre with easy access to all the historical sights and tour companies. Highly recommend!

The staff was very helpful and lovely, the room was clean and comfortable. The location was great, close to the Duomo area and lots of cafes. The only suggestion I have is for some towel bars or hooks. There were zero options to hang a damp towel, no bars, hooks, or racks. We hung them like a cape on a hanger in the armoire which wasn't ideal, but the only option.

Room was clean and in good location, however there was a strong sickening perfume odor in the room. We opened the windows and left for the afternoon assuming it would clear but it did not improve. It was so strong that we left and went to another hotel because they were fully booked. Lesson learned. I try to be a low key traveler and tolerate minor annoyances, but if something isn’t right immediately complain. It cost me two nights for one night’s sleep as all that was offered was a discount on a future stay.

tiny room, tiny shower that leaks to the floor like hell, internet was slow or non existing at times; terrible bed, terrible sheets and blankets, ac was not functional very well, the room was smelly, access to the hotel was through a smelly (piss) court yard. The room was smelly also... yuk... all around terrible... The only positive side is the staff. They were very nice and helpful..
