The Staff at the hotel was very friendly & helpful all the way through our stay, the food was great, and not expensive at all. The hotel room was cozy and very clean-as well as the rest of the hotel. We visited the caves and we was given % off our tickets.

Poor quality of food, lukewarm dishes,items missing from menu description, dirty cutlery. This is such a shame as we have used this pub for years and had excellent food but since the change in management standards have plummeted. We tried just after the change and it was poor but put this down to getting sorted, however 3 months down the line and it’s actually worse.paid extra £2 for a mixed meat roast but why? Only had 1 slice of pork and 1 slice of beef, others on our table had 2 slices of meat of their choice so why the difference in price when I got nothing extra. Manager just shrugged and said yeah, we’ve had a few complaints about that so I’ll pass it onto head office.we used to have pudding, coffee and another drink but chose to leave and have coffee and cake elsewhere and unfortunately will not be going back again.I hate to see pubs close and try and support where I can but still expect to receive a lot better than what we got

We go here on special occasions and today was as fabulous as ever. Food and service was superb. I don’t understand bad reviews. We always receive a warm welcome and today was particularly special as we were celebrating the forthcoming wedding of my cousin and her fiancé. Thank you to the Lethbridge family. Especially lovely to see Oliver.

The Camelot Retreat is a wonderful welcoming space. It is extremely clean, and has a very spiritual yet homely atmosphere. The room I had was warm and inviting, with everything that someone could need. Breakfast was very convivial, and the facilities provided (with a kitchen and cereal bar where you can make breakfast to suit your dietary requirements and tastes) were excellent. This is a great place to meet and connect with like-minded souls if you want to. The location is ideally placed for excursions to the Tor, Chalice Well, and for strolls into town to take in the sights and shops.
