Abbiamo passato una sola notte in questo hotel perchè di passaggio da Grosseto. Che dire? La location non è proprio entusiasmante perchè si affaccia su una statale piena di benzinai ed è fuori Grosseto ma è un hotel abbastanza nuovo, con camere ampie spaziose e grandi balconi e un comodissimo parcheggio proprio davanti all’hotel. La colazione era buona, ben rifornita e in una sala abbastanza grande. Gentile e disponibile la ragazza alla reception. Devo dire che come scelta per una notte è stata azzeccata, non lo consiglio se si vuole soggiornare al centro di Grosseto.

Struttura apparentemente moderna ma con diverse pecche. Stanze con servizi basici che non rispecchiano le foto pubblicate sui siti internet. Letti e cuscini scomodissimi. A colazione dopo le 8 del mattino si trova poco e il buffet non viene più rifornito perché il personale di sala è più interessato a sparecchiare che alle esigenze dell'ospite. Dopo la colazione, risaliti in camera, non abbiamo trovato gli asciugamani perché asportati dal personale di servizio prima del checkout. Riferito il disagio alla reception nessuna reazione....alcuna spiegazione. Ospitalità zero e tanta presunzione. A mai più!

Ottimo per quello che deve fare. Ci serviva un hotel per la notte e l'hotel è comodamente su uno stradone che collega Grosseto. Hotel con parcheggio, camere che ci stanno, anche con il terrazzino. Personale cordiale e colazione variegata. Dall'hotel al centro sono pochi minuti in auto.

Hôtel correct, nous y avons passé seulement 1 nuit . Propre et petit déjeuner correct. Les points négatifs sont le fait d’être proche de l’ascenseur et d’entendre constamment la sonnerie et le jet de la douche qui fuit ce n’est pas pratique, le douche mérite un rafraîchissement.

Buongiorno mi presento, mi chiamo Rosita Morrone,e ho soggiornato ieri sera(30/6/2023).... intanto che aspetto che ci sia l acqua calda.....( è da ieri che hanno problemi e dicono di risolvere...) vorrei precisare alcune cose. Pulizie camera non ci sono parole...tanta polvere e FORMICHE. Aria condizionata SPENTA ALL ARRIVO.(Abbiamo precisato che viaggiava con noi un GATTO DOMESTICO) esperanto che dopo 6 ore di macchina ,almeno l aria fosse ACCESA TUTTO QUESTO ALLA MODICA CIFRA 130EURO..DA PRECISARE 10 EURO PER IL GATTO!!?? Sicuramente NON TORNERÒ MAI PIU....

Bellissima esperienza quella avuta all' Hotel i Crespi. Struttura moderna e pulita. Spazi comuni confortevoli Camere belle e pulite. Personale professionale e gentile. Colazione buona con molta scelta tra colazione dolce e salata.Consigliatissimo .

Pulito, ben tenuto, reception veramente gentile ed educata prezzo giusto..unica pecca camere fredde, e termosifone in bagno spento..oltretutto capitato in settimana fredda. Ribadisco, chi fa una vita in giro guarda pulizia, ma un po di calore non guasta

Bel hotel molto comodo per una sosta di una notte, molto tranquillo con un ampio parcheggio. Camere ben arredate, colazione perfetta. Poi siccome non so più cosa scrivere ma tripadvisor vuole che si scrivano almeno 200 caratteri scrivo solamente per arrivare a 200!
