A very beautiful Tuscan property in the middle of rolling hills. The driveway to the property is a bit daunting at first as it really is a very long and dark unpaved road. However, one should not let this irritate you. The accommodation itself is very well maintained and clean. The breakfast consists of self-made goods, mostly vegetarian. The pool is an absolute highlight and also very clean and well tempered. The hostess is very dedicated and accommodating. Unfortunately, there is one big minus point: the rooms are NOT air-conditioned. With an average room temperature of 30 degrees, the nights are anything but pleasant. We were provided with a fan upon request, but at temperatures of around 35 degrees this is just a drop in the bucket. Nonetheless, we enjoyed our stay very much.
