My husband and I have just returned from two days spent in this magnificent B&B which is located a few steps from Lake Albano in a quiet and peaceful location. Beautiful structure with a terrace with a breathtaking view of the lake, where we enjoyed an exquisite and abundant breakfast with fresh croissants and rolls, jams of various flavors, yogurt, slices, fruit juices, all accompanied by a delicious coffee and cappuccino and for finish fruit of all kinds. To welcome us Mr. Ivan, extremely kind and helpful always very attentive to our needs. Very nice and bright room overlooking the garden and the lake, tastefully furnished, the spacious bathroom is also equipped with a hydromassage bath in addition to the shower. Impeccable cleaning everywhere. The structure also has its own private parking with the possibility to enter and exit according to your needs and a beach establishment equipped with umbrellas, sunbeds and a refreshment point where you can spend hours away from the noise of the city and the stress of every day. We highly recommend this B&B to all those who want to treat themselves to moments of absolute relaxation and at the same time visit the Roman castles that we found enchanting. Many thanks to Ivan and Maria for this stay where everything was perfect !!! We will return to give us more moments like those we have just experienced

Wonderful location with spectacular lake view .... our room was comfortable, large, very tidy and clean .... breakfast, abundant and varied, to be consumed while observing the lake from a really nice and welcoming veranda ... the owner, Ivan, always ready and available ...... if there is another occasion, we will return .... recommended

Already stayed in this beautiful b & b about 4 years ago. Spacious, comfortable, clean room. Clean and modern facilities. Lake view from the exciting terrace, where we had a very good breakfast, with cappuccinos, coffee, hot croissants, fragrant sandwiches, fruit juices, and excellent quality jams. What about the kindness, availability and courtesy of Ivan and his wife, Mrs. Maria. Exquisite people. We hope to be able to return as soon as possible.

My husband and I stayed last Sunday in this b & b with a spectacular view of the lake. The owners made us feel immediately at ease, also giving us various information on things to see and where to go for dinner. The room we were assigned was very nice and spacious, as was the bathroom. All very clean and tidy. A well-kept garden surrounds the structure and a terrace overlooking the lake welcomes guests as a relaxation area and for breakfast. We were fully satisfied with everything and in particular with the welcome that the owners reserve for their guests. To try!!

Posto meraviglioso, ubicato su una leggera altura vista Lago Albano. Panorama mozzafiato. Camera molto ampia e pulitissima, così come il bagno, entrambi dotati di ogni comfort. Colazione favolosa e ricca. Il tutto grazie anche al personale sempre attento, gentile e presente per ogni esigenza!
