Set in a peaceful area close to a lovely little town called Sesto Calende. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a lovely balcony overlooking woodland. As it is out of the way, they also sell plated meals at reasonable prices which can be heated in their kitchen area, if you don’t want to head out. Lovely staff, will definitely return.

We needed a one night stay near the Malpensa airport in Milan that offered free shuttle service to the airport. The Sempione Hotel Ristorante was perfect- helpful, friendly staff- a gentleman saw us coming across the street with a ton of luggage and rushed over to help us with the luggage twice. Check-in was easy. My husband returned the rental car to the airport and they picked him up at the airport at 9 pm and took us to the airport at 6:15 am. They had airconditioning, provided requested extra pillows, had a restaurant and bar and an early morning continental style breakfast. All this and only $84 euros a night. Perfect!

Hotel location wise was near to Milan city but the train interval was not that frequent. Hotel room was clean (except bathroom curtain) but lacking of many things such as complimentary drinking water.

It’s just not good, it’s too good for vacation. The room is perfect. The entire corner of the manor is very clean. Although the front desk has a strange accent, it is a very reassuring resort hotel. The little castle just happened to have a wedding. It took a very nice and quiet day. Everything is very good, breakfast is not much, but it is delicious. The set menu of 70 euros for dinner is recommended. In addition to the location, there is no great scenery. The hotel is very good.

Breakfast is too good! The train station walks 300 meters. Opposite the lake can take a boat. Bathroom accessories are exquisite! Staff is very friendly and introduces many attractions! The lake room is great

This place has been everything we wanted and more. We choose this place because we thought it was modern and had a good breakfast but oh boy, it is MUCH MORE THAN THAT. The place has been just refurbished and everything from the moment you get in is clean and with beautiful inspired 50’s / 60’s retro modern decor that just screams COOL! Breakfast is amazing and it has a wide variety of savour and sweet foods that will be more than enough. We asked for a non dairy milk, and after 5 minutes we have Rice Soja and Oats to choose from ❤️ The staff are Incredible helpful and sweet and they are on top of everything. Paying attention to to very little details and that’s what makes such difference in this place. Nothing was left to chance. Bedroom was spacious, modern, the sower with so much pressure, towels clean, everything working round the clock. The common areas are so big and full of board games, sofas comfortable and it’s just a space where You can see beauty and feel you belong all the time. No wonder anymore and come and STAY in this magnificent place. 😉

I spent a few days in this hotel with my family, immediately being hit by the beauty of the environment, for the large, well-treated spaces both outside and inside: he welcomed us a garden with a green grass and ugly flowered trees, And there was a very gentle personal meeting that brought us the baggage to the room and showed us the parking of the hotel. Inside, beautiful furnished rooms with elegant and garned with fresh plants and flowers, and a light-fledged dinner room thanks to the walls of glass, faced on the garden. At the latest floor, a large terrace with a beautiful view of the lake and its islands, behind it is a beautiful pool that is not yet enjoyable in spring but which is surely offering a pleasant cooling in summer. We felt cocktailed and we found also available from room staff (we had the half-pension treatment) ready to meet the needs of my grandchildren aged one and five. The hotel is excellent location, close to the centre and the lake, and especially two steps from the departure of the ferries to the islands.

Hotel Osteria Della Pista Dal 1875

This was a very special and nice hotel. Without going into the details, I can say that the building is from the 19th century and still bears the stamp of history. The rooms are definitely the opposite, new, large and nice rooms. The restaurant at the hotel is a very popular place, both for locals and guests at the hotel, a must-see. Very good food and incredibly good service. The hotel is owned by a family and the restaurant is run by an incredibly nice man who is the son of the family. I could certainly write a lot more about all the details, but it just has to be experienced.
