Our airline brought us here after canceling our flight out of Pisa. It was somewhat more comfortable than spending the night in the airport, but not somewhere we would have chosen. The biggest issue is that the rooms (or at least the one we had) are dated. The bedspreads seem old (and who wants a bedspread in the time of COVID?) the mattresses are hard, and the shower stall is tiny. I will say that the free breakfast the next morning was great and the staff couldn't have been more kind or efficient. It's just not what I would call a modern four-star hotel, but it served the purpose.

Me and my boyfriend stayed here for 5 days and we loved every minute ! It was amazing ! People were lovely and anything we needed help with such as public transport or ordering a taxi they were happy to help. We booked breakfast included which was definitely worth it as the breakfast had a variety of options and it was delicious. The location of the hotel wasn’t in the central of Pisa but still a great place to have it and a bus stop is right outside the hotel so once we had figured out the bus system it was super useful. Overall a great hotel and great customer service.

Struttura accogliente, appartamento pulito e con tutti i confort. Personale disponibile e ben formato. Ottima l'opportunità di andare in piscina con possibilità di poter noleggiare l'ombrellone e le sdraio. Unica carenza non è previsto il servizio di ristorazione, comunque in zona ci sono ottimi ristoranti consigliati anche dalla struttura.

Family environment with careful and available staff, breakfast varies very different with possibilities for lactose-free products, cleaning is accurate, despite the proximity to the station the structure is silent. In our room we appreciated the necessary to make tea with cookies. The location and just outside the walls next to the station, you can reach all the interesting places on foot, but for those who do not like to walk a few dozens of meters the buses are going. The private parking is very interesting in front of the hotel. I hope I have the opportunity to come back.

This place is a little gem. 10 minutes drive from Lucca and a wonderful base to see the sites around Tuscany. We stayed here for a week and got home yesterday. The staff are amazing a shout out to all the staff in the restaurant at breakfast and evening who we have chats and lots of laughter with they really are a credit to this place. The reception staff were all amazing also nothing was to much trouble always had a smile on their face. The room was lovely and big, beautiful bathroom and amazing windows with shutters. Hotel on the outskirts of the city. Before stopping - 5 min a week, 25 min a weekend (this should be taken into account if there is no car). A comfortable room, there is everything you need. Although it is a four-star, it is similar to a domestic fast hotel. A little distance from the city, 20 minutes walk. The surrounding area is under construction and the environment is poor. Arranged on the first floor, there is a garbage basket outside the window. The room is small, breakfast is OK, no vegetables.
