Hotel itself is nice and concierge is great. Unfortunately the hotel seems to have tour groups staying and the crowdedness and service level make the hotel look like a 2 or 3 star.
The hotel has an indoor pool and jacuzzi. When we arrived, the whole place was super steamy and filled with people and kids - impossible to use. There is no changing room or towels or lounge near the pool. We asked if we could get a towel, the person in charge of this place simply said it's out of service hours, while it should be open til evening.
Breakfast is also crowded. Some woman from a group was practically yelling at the poor lady making the omelette. While this is not the hotel's fault, she is not the only person making a lot of noise at the restaurant and it makes the dining experience really bad.
The room looks nice at first glance, but then we saw stains in the towels and sheets, missing bathrobe etc. The place makes me feel I don't want to use any amenities cuz they might not have been cleaned properly.
We also visited the top floor bar - the food and drinks are a big disappointment. Save the money and see the views from your room. There are much better places at Casablanca to eat at.
Location is good.
