DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Raleigh - Cary

My family stayed at this hotel for several nights in August 2022, and we were all impressed with and grateful for the warm welcome and attention of the staff. With two small children as part of our group, it was particularly helpful to feel comfortable and cared for at every turn. Even before we arrived, I noted the courteous responses to my questions over the phone about meals available. The staff at the breakfast buffet were accommodating and full of smiles at the festive nature of our family reunion, and even made me a special plate of French toast when the buffet ran out while I was watching my grandsons. The dinner menu suited all our needs, and the staff again was outstanding. Our rooms were very clean and quiet. We would be very happy to stay there again.

I stayed over the weekend in February & was absolutely impressed by the service I received. Check-in was quick and friendly! The breakfast was delightful. Katrina in the kitchen assisted me with all my needs. As a kitchen supervisor, to see the display and cleanliness in the breakfast/dining area at the hotel I was impressed. There was food being brought out fresh and the areas around the food were being kept clean. Katrina interacted with the guest and made us feel comfortable, almost nearly as if we were home! I would definitely recommend if you need a get away & good energy! Thanks Katrina for completing our stay!
Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Raleigh-Durham Airport, NC
4.1/5100 Reviews
We stayed at the country Inn and suites because it was one of the few hotels that would accommodate us for a long stay park and fly with our car. The car was going to be there for 20 days. The hotel is very convenient to the airport the breakfast was very nice. To service notes: They had no record of our request upon check in the night before for a shuttle for 1 o’clock. They informed us the shuttle driver was going to leave at noon and so we had to rush to get ready and board that shuttle to the airport. In the rush to board the shuttle I left a jacket in the lobby area. I called the hotel desk from the airport talked to the clerk who found the jacket and labeled it very carefully so that 20 days later when we returned it was there for me to pick up. Very nice work much appreciated.

It's a decent hotel but room smelled of mildew and it's an older property that needs to be remodeled/updated. I won't stay again but like I said affordable. Located in a good location easily access interstate.

The hotel has a great location, because everything is withing walking distance, which is very convenient. McDonal's is across the street, as well as an outdoor shopping center with Marshall's, Petco, Old Navy, and so on. Not to mention restaurants, Olive Garden, Chick Fil'A, Starbucks, and more. Mandy, Manager, is very professional, accommodating, and willing to serve. Rick, front desk, is very dedicated to his work, and he also has a smile on his face, which makes you feel welcomed. Raz, front desk, has good work ethic. Erika, front desk, has excellent customer service skills, and she is always willing to serve. Angelina, front desk, is other people centered. Alba, housekeeping, makes sure that the rooms get cleaned properly, and she does a great job cleaning as well. The bed is very comfortable, and the room has good lay out.
