Excelente desde o atendimento na recepção até o check-out. quarto amplo, confortável, banheiro muito limpo. O café da manhã é espetacular com uma vista muito boa. É o melhor em Caruaru, vale aproveitar a qualidade e praticidade que esse hotel oferece.

O hotel tem excelente localização, atendimento bom, café da manhã muito bom também. Tivemos, entretanto, problemas com descarga no apto dos meus filhos, com o ar condicionado do meu quarto e um barulho infernal com a tubulação. Eles disseram q era a pressão da água e que isso só acontecia quando o apto vizinho dava descarga. Enfim, uma piada.

Hotel específicos para quem está viajando à trabalho - negócios, mas precisamos nos hospedar em família e sua localização (dentro do shopping ) supriu as nossas necessidades, limpo, funcionários atenciosos e o café da manhã é incrível

Péssimo. Começa por a propaganda enganosa de que tem “estacionamento próprio”. Pura balela. O hotel literalmente pega carona no estacionamento do shopping onde fica incrustado e a ele rendendo homenagens. A chance de alguém achar uma vaga no estacionamento durante o horário de funcionamento do shopping é muito pequena e se tentar alguma vaga próxima da recepção do hotel (que mais parece a entrada de um almoxarifado), essa chance é nula. Acomodações sofridas. Definitivamente, não recomendo!!
