The night staff at check-in was incredible. I did not get a name but she demonstrated the best customer service I have experienced at a hotel! She definitely went above and beyond and deserves a raise!

We left my daughters tablet in our room thinking we would never see it again but someone just called me to let me know they found it and are going to mail it to us! Breakfast was EXCELLENT and the staff was so nice. If we ever pass through Carthage again, we will stop here. Thanks so much!

It was well kept for what seemed to be an older hotel. Staff was helpful and accommodating with a late checkout due to our schedule. Room was comfortable and we enjoyed the breakfast. It was a good stop on our way home from a longer trip.

Nice clean facility and the breakfast is good. Not a lot of options in smaller cities, so this is definitely one of the nicer places to stay.

All was GOOD ! ! ! One minus is the breakfast menu , Same items every-day , offsets with a huge array of items you don't HAVE to eat the same thing everyday ! GREAT !

Best hotel in the entire town! Young man greeted me, checked me in, he was great!
Slept like a baby! A/C was on point, room clean, breakfast as good. I highly recommend this hotel.

All went well except that the tub faucet was not working properly. I notified the desk at check out and they said they would take care of it.

The hotel was clean, the bed was comfortable and the staff was friendly and professional. The only downside was the level of road noise that I heard from the loop traffic.
