Hotel Casa Don Luis by Faranda Boutique, a Member of Radisson Individuals

This was a lovely hotel with great staff. Food was excellent. Position for walking around the town was good and there were lots of bars and restaurants within a short walk of the hotel. Would definitely recommend.

Everything bad Don’t go It’s miles out of Centro… the address & location is WRONG!!!

The place was beautiful and very well located. However, the entire property was dark, the hallways and stairs were dangerous without proper illumination. The hotel tries to create ambiance with the candlelight illumination but it is dangerous when you circulate and need to go up or down stairs. And the whole feeling is like being in a cloister, long dark, quiet corridors. Also the pool while beautiful and well kept is unusable as it sits right in front of the dining area.

We loved our stay right from the arrival. Our concierge, Eduardo was phenomenal. Waiter, Juan Carlos was an absolute pleasure. We had the best attention and place was lovely. The bed and pillows were divine and I slept like a baby. The blinds - oh my! I woke up rested every day. Another positive was the location. We felt safe, shops, restaurants, sightseeing, airport was close - walking distance and uber rides less than 10 mins. I would definitely book our stay here again. If you get a chance to go to the spa- I strongly recommend it, the masseuse ladies were wonderful.

The staff was great supper friendly and helpful. Breakfast and restaurant was delicious.

Everything was amazing about this property except I had a few incidents with some of the front desk staff. The cleaning crew was extremely amazing and nice.and also they put at the wrong room for the same price.that was not pleasant at all

The cleanliness throughout the property was impeccable — from the rooms to the common areas, everything was spotless and carefully maintained. The breakfast was varied and delicious, offering both local and international options, beautifully presented and served in a cozy setting. I want to highlight the outstanding service I received from José Visbal and Eduardo Galindo. Their kindness, attention to detail, and professionalism truly made my stay unforgettable. I highly recommend Casa Don Luis to anyone looking for quality lodging, genuine rest, and top-tier service in Cartagena. I’ll definitely return.

Warm and friendly staff. Excellent breakfast. Our room had an amazing bathroom but it was very dark - I wish I had asked for a room with an exterior window.
