A nice hotel in the historic center (50 meters from the main square). There's a small pool and relaxation area on the rooftop, perfect for a relaxing break after a long day of walking in the heat.

the pool is not swimmable- looks much more inviting and larger in your pictures lighting in rooms is not sufficient- especially in bathroom- not enough yo do mskeupy nothing dries in the rooms ac works very well! first room we were given was tiny- we had to ask for one where we could open our suitcases location was.perfect! very central coffee at breakfast was not good-

I had an amazing staying in this hotel. Location is wonderful. Close to restaurants, stores and historic landmarks. The staff was very kind and the breakfast buffet was always fresh. The room was amazing, I thought it was going to be very loud since the hotel is really close to nightclubs and night life in general, but i didn’t hear anything. I was able to rest and enjoy my stay. They provided us with earbuds in case we needed them, but it wasn’t necessary.

Good breakfast with eggs to order options!. Room was very clean, relax decor, comfy bed, bathroom ok. Lunch was delicious and service was excellent. Location was perfect!

I do not recommend Cartagena at all. It’s a tourist trap. Not tourist friendly at all. They will scam you once in the city, street vendors are extremely aggressive even after you say no to them, all prices are much more expensive for tourists, service everywhere is slow, unfriendly locals, horrible infrastructure, the list goes on. It’s unfortunate because the city itself is beautiful but overall experience was a scam. The airport situation was a disaster as well, 2 hr long immigration lines and leaving the gates there were no organization it was a free for all situation to get on board. We had to cut our trip short and went home early. Don’t go!

Room was damp. Air conditioning did not solve the problem. We cancel our second reservation because of the room condition. Also room had no chairs. They did bring one when asked.
