Had a private room. Very comfortable and very nice. The good quality air conditioning was a great addition

Overall, the hotel is acceptable, but my expectations were high because I had stayed at Los Patios Medellín before. In Medellín, the hotel feels like a 5-star experience compared to Cartagena. — The location is excellent, and the rooms are very clean — the housekeeping team pays attention to every little detail. The restaurant is very good. The reception staff are good. There is no swimming pool, only a small jacuzzi. There is no elevator, and the rooftop bar is on the fourth floor. The hotel is old, the room faces the hallway, and the bathroom has no ventilation. The prices are very high for what you actually get.

Great activities organised and brilliant social vibe. The jacuzzi is green most of the time, the noise echoes throughout the building and the cleaners clean noisily at 1.30 in the morning. Socialising goes on all night and into the early hours. If you value any sleep at all this is not for you. Otherwise it’s lovely. Facilities are generally good and staff are lovely.

Loved it! Very beautiful and clean & the staff was amazing. I am a Spanish speaker but the staff knows English as well ! Very nice staff & they also have a cafe inside !
